Shipping We Ship UPS or USPS depending upon the item being shipped at our discresion. If you require expedited shipping please call our toll free number to order by phone. Items ship within 2 business days of order placement and payment. If your item is on backorder you will be notified immediately. We can ship almost anywhere! International customers please call or email us for a shipping quote. info@scsaddleshop.com Payment We accept all major credit cards via Paypal and check or money order, you do not need a Paypal account to use Paypal and you can pay by credit/debit or electronic check. If you choose to mail payment your order will ship as soon as funds have cleared - about ten days. Returns Our goal is your complete satisfaction with any item you purchase from us. You may return any item within 14 days if it is unused and unsoiled (new condition). You must first email us to obtain a return authorization or the shipment will not be accepted. We will refund the full purchase price or exchange toward another product - Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please note that if there is any evidence of use such as scrapes or enlarged holes in the billets, hair under the saddle etc., it is no longer considered new and we cannot sell it as such. While we are happy to issue refunds for saddles that are truly unused and unsoiled but we do charge a 35 percent restocking fee for any saddle or item returned that shows any evidence of use due to the fact that we will only be able to sell it for about half of the new price. So please sit in the saddle on a stand or place the saddle on your horse with a clean blanket or sheet underneath and check for fit. If the saddle is to be returned carefully package it being sure to cushion the front and back of the saddle to keep it from being damaged due to rubbing against the box during shipping. WARNING: Unpreventable accidents do occur in the use or riding of horses. The proper use of any product in connection with the care and handling of horses carries with the user. This product should not be altered, modified or misused in any way, as the risk is serious personal injury or death will increase.
