Shipping
We Ship UPS or USPS depending upon the item being shipped at our discresion. If you require expedited shipping please call our toll free number to order by phone. Items ship within 2 business days of order placement and payment. If your item is on backorder you will be notified immediately. We can ship almost anywhere! International customers please call or email us for a shipping quote. info@scsaddleshop.com
Payment
We accept all major credit cards via Paypal and check or money order, you do not need a Paypal account to use Paypal and you can pay by credit/debit or electronic check. If you choose to mail payment your order will ship as soon as funds have cleared - about ten days.
Returns
Our goal is your complete satisfaction with any item you purchase from us. If you receive a defective item or were shipped the wrong item you may return within three days, no other returns will be accepted. You must E-mail us first to obtain a return authorization number or the shipment will not be accepted. Shipping fees are non refundable for any reason, if you return a saddle that is defective and we ship you a new one no shipping will be charged on the second saddle. WARNING: Unpreventable accidents do occur in the use or riding of horses. The proper use of any product in connection with the care and handling of horses carries with the user. This product should not be altered, modified or misused in any way, as the risk is serious personal injury or death will increase. Individuals, who in any way alter, modify or misuse this product do so at their own risk and may suffer serious injury or death.
